Join us for an interactive workshop! You can watch and discuss, or you can do that and cook alongside our teachers! We’ll explore some of the most well-known NYC foods including bagels and bialys, knishes, celery soda, egg creams, Jewish deli classics, and more. We’ll get hands-on so you can bring a little NYC flavor to your kitchen. Liz Alpern and Jeffrey Yoskowitz are co-founders of The Gefilteria, a new kind of food venture with a manifesto and a mission to reimagine eastern European Jewish cuisine.
