January Mitzvah Morning at Bridgeport Rescue Mission

First Shift 10:00 – 1:00 p.m. – 8 volunteers needed
Second Shift 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. – 4 volunteers needed

We will be sorting food and packing meal bags for the Bridgeport Rescue Mission. Due to Covid restrictions, we are limited to the number of people who can participate, and we will have to work in two shifts. If you are interested, please register here.  We will also need alternates in the event someone cancels last minute.

The Bridgeport Rescue Mission provides meal bags and groceries to anyone in need. This includes anyone who has lost a job or source of income, is temporarily homeless, or facing any other crisis as a result of Covid.  BRC offers fresh produce, meats, dairy, bread, and dry goods to those in need.
