“Shabbat in the Lot” Celebrates Israel!
Parking Lot at B’nai Israel
Israel turns 73 this month and so and it’s time to celebrate Yom Ha’atzmaut – Israel’s Independence Day! Join us in the parking lot at B’nai Israel for a musical, family-friendly Shabbat service experience. We’ll sing and dance, do an Israel-themed craft project and then parade around the parking lot for Israel’s birthday. Everyone is invited to wear BLUE and WHITE to show off your Israel spirit!

This event is geared towards kids ages 0-5, older siblings are welcome. If you plan to join, please RSVP on this Evite or email Rabbi Sarah at smarion@cbibpt.org. 

Important Safety Guidelines for Shabbat in the Lot:

• Please try to arrive by 9:20 a.m. so that we can begin on time.
• As you enter the parking lot, you will be guided where to park. All cars will be parked in a semi-circle with trunks facing the “bima,” this way you can open the trunk and children can participate from the safety of the car. 
• Please have a mask available for you and any child 2 and up.
• Restrooms will be available inside B’nai Israel
• Adults may bring lawn chairs that can be placed by your trunk.
• Once all families have arrived we will begin!
