Brotherhood

The B’nai Israel Brotherhood provides camaraderie and fraternity. It is an integral part of our synagogue community, facilitating our weekly Brotherhood Breakfast after Shabbat morning services, Kehilah barbecues courtesy of our “Pressure Cookers” on the first and last Sunday of the religious school year, and food service for the Purim Carnival. We also offer opportunities such as Sunday movies and sponsored guest speakers. The Brotherhood contributes generously to the temple’s Religious School Scholarship Fund and other charities, including Operation Hope, Jewish Family Services, Mazon (A Jewish Response to Hunger) and The Kennedy Center.

The Brotherhood is a wonderful place to make and maintain important friendships and to truly engage in temple life. If you would like to connect with other members of our congregation in an informal and fun way, please contact Jim Greenberg.
