The Art of Zentangle
Thursday, December 12 from 7:30-9:00 p.m. at B’nai Israel
Join us as we engage in the therapeutic art of Zentangle. We will be guided in creating meditative projects based upon repetitive patterns, which is a technique that has been shown to induce calm and relaxation. All materials will be provided. This is a beginner’s level workshop, no previous art experience or expertise required.
